Woven Stretch Fabric Manufacturer Certified, Custom, In-House
Woven stretch fabrics — what US buyers call spandex and EU buyers call elastane — plus spandex-free mechanical stretch. Nylon and polyester 4-way stretch, T400, and laminated fabrics, all woven on our own 298 looms and finished under one roof.

What We Weave — Five Fabric Lines, One Mill
One mill, five fabric lines. Every base below is woven on our own looms, dyed in small baths and finished in-house, so quality control never leaves the building. Each line has its own page with constructions, specifications and MOQs.
Nylon 4-Way Stretch
Soft drape with high abrasion resistance for premium activewear, softshells and down jackets. Twisted-nylon programs run on low-friction open-width dyeing to hold the twist geometry.
Polyester 4-Way Stretch
The volume line: cost-efficient four-way stretch with greige in stock, plus sublimation print and bonded-fleece options for teamwear, uniforms and outdoor programs.
Spandex-Free T400 & T800
Mechanical stretch without elastane — it survives industrial laundering, chlorine bleach and UV. The workwear, uniform, golf and travel-pant line.
Laminated & Bonded Fabrics
PUR hot-melt bonding with TPU or ePTFE membranes in 2-layer and 3-layer builds. Water pressure and moisture permeability are tested on our own line before rolls ship.
Custom Woven Development
Your own construction from 200 m of greige: swatch matching, cam and dobby weaving, small-bath dyeing and in-house finishing. Two routes, quoted side by side.
In-Stock Greige, Dyed Fast
Not sure which line fits? Start from what is already on the floor — stock bases in 30D–200D and 65–320 gsm, dyed to your colour and shipped while a custom construction develops.
Every Step Under One Roof
Most stretch-fabric problems are handover problems: the weaver blames the dyehouse, the dyehouse blames the finisher. Our answer is boring and effective — keep the steps in one building and put one team on your order from yarn to dispatch.
Yarn sourcing
Polyester, nylon, spandex and functional yarns in house — moisture-wicking, UV-protective, high-tenacity N66 and conductive anti-static.
Warping & sampling
Sample warping and drawing-in for trial warps, so a construction is proven on the loom before it takes a full beam.
Weaving — 298 looms
216 water-jet looms for the polyester series, 82 air-jet looms for nylon and cotton, cam 8-shaft and dobby 16-shaft shedding, up to 230 cm wide.
Dyeing
Small-bath dyeing for development quantities, lab dips before bulk, and dye routes tuned per fibre — acid dye for nylon, disperse for polyester.
Finishing & lamination
In-house finishing for DWR, wicking and UV, plus PUR bonding with TPU or ePTFE membranes on the lamination line.
Inspection & dispatch
Four-Point System grading (American standard) with 100% inspection before shipment, then EXW, FOB or your forwarder — your call.

How We Handle High-Spec Stretch Fabric Orders
Ordering technical stretch fabric should not feel like a gamble. Three promises come with every order, four services carry it from spec to shipment, and one operating principle keeps surprises small.
Flexible adjustment, joint R&D
Raw materials and weaving parameters are adjusted to your spec — with joint new-product R&D and blind shipment available.
Test reports with every batch
Every fabric batch ships with test reports, so quality is verifiable and delivery dates stay predictable.
No harmful dyes
We use no harmful dyes and strictly control chemical residues — safe, certified fabrics for worry-free wearing.

Custom Development
Joint development from 200 m of greige on our own looms — construction, yarn and finish engineered to your target.
Custom fabric services
High Colorfastness
Dye routes and after-treatments that keep colour where it belongs — wash after wash, rub after rub.
How we boost colourfastness
Stable Dimension
Heat-washing and shrinkage control so the garment still fits after home laundering and industrial care.
Shrinkage control process
Super Elasticity
Elastane recovery and growth kept in spec through three optimization processes — stretch that does not sag.
Elasticity optimizationHow we reach 98% satisfaction on spandex woven stretch fabric programs
Premium stretch fabric involves complex processes — weaving, dyeing and finishing — and unforeseen incidents occasionally occur at the first production site. What matters is what happens next. Our core principles:
See how a case runs- 01Track every production step in real time.
- 02Issues are corrected and reported immediately — resolved within one hour.
- 03Defective products are scrapped; reproduction starts the same day. No waiting.
Certified, Tested, and Stated Upfront
Sourcing risk lives in the gap between the sample and the bulk roll. These four things are how we close it — and the numbers behind them are published on every line page, not invented per enquiry.
Certifications that ship with the order
GRS recycled options, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and 100% PFAS-free DWR finishes — with test reports alongside the goods.
Four-Point grading, 100% inspection
Every roll is graded against the American Four-Point System, then inspected end to end before it is packed and labelled.
Colour fastness and stable size
Lab dips before bulk, dyeing routes matched to the fibre, and shrinkage checked so the garment still fits after washing.
Stock in hand, terms that flex
Greige stocked from 30D to 200D and 65 to 320 gsm for fast colour. EXW or FOB, T/T, L/C and PayPal accepted.
Ready Greige, Fast Colour, Small MOQ
If a custom construction is more than your first order needs, start from a stock family. These four series are woven on our own looms, kept as greige and dyed to your colour while a development runs in parallel.
MOQ, Samples, Certifications — Answered
What is the MOQ for custom woven fabric?
Two routes, two numbers. From-scratch development starts at 200 m of greige; re-weaving on an existing warp beam starts at 4,000 m. Stock-based colouring runs from 500 to 1,200 m per colour depending on construction.
How fast can I get hand samples?
Hand samples ship in 4–7 working days against your real specification. Lab dips take about 4 days to approve, bulk dyeing 10–15 days after confirmation, and finishing roughly 3 days on top.
Are your fabrics certified?
Yes. GRS recycled options, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and 100% PFAS-free DWR finishes — with test reports shipped alongside the order.
Spandex or elastane — which term should my spec use?
Both describe the same fibre. US buyers say spandex, and EU or ISO documents say elastane; we quote whichever your spec sheet uses and confirm the exact elastane percentage before the bulk runs.
Do you make stretch fabric without spandex?
Yes — our T400 and T800 mechanical stretch contains no elastane at all, which is why it holds up to chlorine bleach and industrial laundering where spandex blends degrade.
Can you supply knitted stretch fabric too?
No — we are a woven mill. Everything here comes off 298 water-jet and air-jet looms, so if you need jersey or circular knit, we will say so on the first reply instead of wasting your sampling budget.
